EDIT: Beaten by Elin. But she's right.

Yeah, the co-op thing is a big part of what turned me off to RE 5. I love the 'survival horror' genre, but some have left a bad taste in my mouth. 'The Thing' comes to mind. I LOVE the films, both the 50s original and the Carpenter remake, but that whole "watch out for your buddy'd well being" aspect of the PS2 game really put me off.
Also, RE 5 being set in sunny Africa seems a bit odd a choice. In these sorts of games, I believe that the player ought to be alone, it really helps to pull you into the game, that sense of lonliness and dread that you just cant get out of a multi-player experience.

Of course, love Uncharted's highly cinematographic single-player. Now I'm gonna wait until the 3rd one is cheaper.
The online on it is pretty good, but Bad Company 2 stole me off it. But I was pretty decent at it.

2's mode was actually pretty well fleshed out, but I'm not that big into the deathmatch-y type stuff either. I mostly liked it 'cause I played with lovely people here.

I'd rather play a traditional shooter if I'm going to play a multiplayer shooter .

    Two things:

Cookie Beast, my wife is in love with your avatar. She wants to know where that picture came from.

Also, whats with the "thanks" and "likes" and all? How do I 'like' or 'thank' someone? Oh...one more thing....whats the deal with the 'credits'? What do they signify, if anything?

    Thanks!

The general consensus is that it's not really as good as the second, and I'd have to agree. But it's still definitely worth a go, especially when it falls in price. It's more of the same stuff 2 offered in many ways, but that's no bad thing~!

The VB Plaza is what they are normally used for, name changes and the like. They are worthless at the moment.
