    Talking Adobe Knockoffs

    ITT, we are talking about Adobe knockoffs to save me (I'm I'm not the only one it doesn't work for) a headache. Some you have to pay for, but others are free. Add suggestions & I'll add them to the list. The ones with an *,you have to pay for. So list away!

    InsightPoint - Capable freeware Photoshop clone. Used it to make my "Carbon Dog" Halloween sigpic, and a couple different band/event posters. Works great for me, and the price is right.

    I heard the best of the best are, Gimp, Inkscape (better than Illustrator), and Synfig (Better than Flash)

    Thumbs up ADOBRE READER ALTERNATIVE

    Try PDF-XChange Viewer.
    Way better than Foxit. More options, less restrictions.

    Painter and Painter Sketch-Up are geared toward image creation.
    Paint Shop Pro is image and photo editing.
    Draw is similar to Illustrator.

    None are free.
