    Spoiler warning:

Got to the lowerworlds. Thought "Cool, its actually looking good now". I proceed to fight a few monsters and they rape me, hard, without lube.

Was it better or worse than those wolves in FF XII?

What wolves in FFXII? Are you refering to the marks?

I remember you posting years ago how some wolves, I guess the Dalmascan ones, killed you mercilessly

My MP3 player broke while I was mowing the Lawn.
I hope I'm able to back up my music.

God, I think I did make posts about how FFXII did kill me a lot I'd say it'd be nice to be given some challenge to the point of actually having a fun game, but this game is just boring, I watched the first couple of cut scenes but have skipped all of them since I wouldn't say that was a good story if I'm skipping 2 discs worth of it. Its not balanced either. The enemies are either super strong or super weak. If they are stronger than you, you die in one hit, if you manage to get strong enough to survive that attack they are pretty much fucked (even if you die you can "retry"), the fact that its game over if the leader dies fucks me right off. It even goes so far as to grinding my gears.

Agreed. The bit where I had to find the chocobo chick several times was completly pointless, I might as well just had the controller took of me for five minutes.

Ballsack didn't do shit at Square since the NES.

Uematsu just does the music. If you have complaints about the soundtracks not being as good, that's acceptable. But that's all you can use him for.

    Monsters are level scaled.

There are a few tracks in the game I did outright hate, and just played some different music over it. I'm still hoping this game will turn out to be a lot more fun.

    Spoiler warning:

the hunts seem to be a bit of fun, and the outerworld seems to be a bit more vast. All of cocoon was just a corridor. A very long corridor with a couple of turns into little areas with an item and a few monsters protecting it. I'm looking forward to fighting those massive monsters as well. I went up to one and died instantly, but it'll be good to face off against him properly. I just don't feel like this game has captivated me like previous final fantasy games have. I found the voice acting and the general story to be one of the biggest killers of this game. I skipped those and the games is better for it.

I suppose the enemies jumped to level 99 because of a glitch ?

I didn't even want to finish the game cheating.
