I still remember Shining Force 3, where I only discovered the options menu during the last battle. And where the options menu features an option to turn off the horrifically bad voice acting. Many tears were shed.

I switched to the Japanese voices in Valkyria Chronicles.

And on like my third playthrough of some of the levels in UC2, I changed the dialogue to Spanish.

I usually don't mess around with difficulty levels though, unless there're trophies.

Oh, not only am I off this Sunday, but we also get to change the clocks.

One more hour away from work for me.

Speaking of Uncharted. I'm fed and it appears my only alternative plans for the evening has fallen asleep.

    TO THE GAMEZ!

I can't wait until I finally get myself an RN position. Especially as I'll be shooting for night shifts, and RNs routinely work 12 hour shifts.

Working that night will change your 12 hour into a 13 hour. Wee.

Boyfriend's watching some guitar playing video online.
Express annoyance at having to listen to incredibly annoying video when barely conscious.
    Boyfriend puts on headphones.
Boyfriend's volume is still up loud enough that the video can still be heard.

    Separate rooms, I need them.

This is one thing that gets me about relationships. It's like... yeah I love you and all, but I don't want to sleep in the same bed as you and have all my stuff squashed in next to yours. :'D [/so unromantic]

    Habit overtakes romance rather quickly.

I am so not looking forward to it. Lose one hour to daylight savings, lose another hour to flying across time zones, and...bweh.

Month 1: Aww, he wants to cuddle up in bed at 11PM? That's so adorable!
Month 2: 11PM? Screw that. The night is young. No, I'm not turning down my game so you can sleep. (

The merry mountains of Colorado. Apparently, I'm needed in Denver to sit around and do nothing in particular while feigning interest in some big meeting with something like a dozen states (as in, US states) and associated other states (as in, nominally sovereign states). It's not like I'm really needed, considering my boss can and will be handing the presentation on our latest project himself. I could be doing real work here, or I could be sightseeing there, but I don't even have enough time for the latter to make it somewhat worthwhile. Your tax dollars, hard at work.
Well, not your tax dollars, since you're in merry Britain, but the principle stands.

And don't forget, "don't touch me, I'm trying to sleep."

Sounds very important. And simultaneously not important at all.

I don't have any tax pounds. My student loan and scholarship are non-taxable. :'D But still!
