Well I got some good news (mainly directed twords Nemesis)

I learned as to why Melty blood slows down a great deal when trying to record with Fraps, its because the game doesnt take well to trying to record at a lower frame rate than 60.

the FPS in Fraps must be set to 60 in order to record perfectly.

My settings always been set to 60 though.
