Back later. Tonight is the one night there's actually something worthwhile to watch on TV.

Just watched the trailers for GTA V and Max Payne 3. Both games look amazing!

A single dead pixel in my monitor. I'm not wasting time sending it somewhere, unless the problem advances.

A dead pixel? Time to smash it with a sledgehammer.

I know that there's programs for PSP that can supposedly help fix dead/stuck pixels. Is there something like that for LCD monitors? I only have CRT monitors/TVs so I have no need for them myself.

Can't hurt to look, thanks for the suggestion. I'm not going to return it over something like this, it isn't worth the time or effort.

Where is the dead pixel located? If it was in the center of the screen it would aggravate me to death I probably would smash it with the sledgehammer.

Close to. The only time I notice it is if the background is really bright.

My laptop has an entire line of Dead pixels, right in between the center and the right edge of the screen.
Then again, it IS 10 years old.
