    I didn't notice the internet connection bit until now . Looks like I'll be keeping a downloaded copy, even after I buy it.

    'Recommended specs:

    * Windows 7/Vista/XP PC (32 or 64 bit)
    * Quad-core Intel or AMD CPU processor
    * 4GB of RAM
    * 6GB of HD space
    * DirectX 9.0c compatible NVIDIA or AMD ATI video card with 1GB of RAM (Nvidia GeForce GTX 260 or higher; ATI Radeon 4890 or higher).
    * DirectX compatible sound card
    * Internet connection (for Steam activation)'
    Well that sucks for some PC gamers
    My PC can surely handle it, I've met all the recommendations.

    Nice. I've entertained the possibility of a laptop; I don't want to spend $100+ on something I'd only ever use to leech internet.

    I use my laptop all day every day. Much prefer having a laptop to a desktop these days.
