Default Pokemon Soul Silver - Black Spots

I have started playing Pokemon SS on DESMUME 0.9.7 and it has little black spots crackling on screen every time I move.
Does anyone know if there is a way to get rid of them?

Here are some screenshots. I put them in attachments.
The black spots move in every frame I am in. It runs like one of those very old black and white movies.

The game I am using is Xenophobia's (u)

EDIT: I tried another version of the game the (e) version and black spots are still showing. This is the only game that these spots appear in.

Looks like a known issue on DeSmuMe, happen rarely for some people, and if using different renderer(OpenGL, SoftRasterizer) not make any changes,
Try download the latest revision instead, and run the game with default settings.
