Um, yeah, it's a font. Pretty sure I had it on my old PC too. Sadly, I cannot remember.
Edit: Planet Kosmos was the font on the EP forum logo in 2003. Not sure if we had that logo back then though, but you could have a look.
Edit 2: Seems it was the old logo... http://www.dafont.com/planet-kosmos.font. Maybe I never had it then. Which one did I use on those shirts we sent out?
