But I get paid the same for every job that I do. And, because it's union and I've been there for so long, I'm guaranteed 20 hours a week minimum. Which is a couple hours about the minimum number of hours I need to be able to pay all my bills. So I'm happy.

And, after I get my ticket next year, I'll be making $26.05 an hour.

    Hell yeah man, that's awesome.

Sounds about what it's like for me too.
Except I do multiple jobs everyday.

Cooking, frying, wrapping, assembling, register, etc etc

    I'm getting rather tired myself.

In all honesty, for my age and the current job market (18% unemployment in my city at the moment, and a huge youth unemployment rate), I'm pretty content with it. I've got plans to quit eventually -- I don't want to be there forever -- but if worse comes to worst I can get by with my job and still be relatively secure.

Some days I do multiple jobs (actually, most) but they kind of revolve around the same general areas. In any given day, I'll usually price chicken (we receive our chicken prepackaged, just gotta slap a price tag on 'em) for an hour, make grinds two or three times (usually about an hour), cut meat for about two hours, and wrap meat for about two hours. Mixed in is all of my paperwork stuff (usually two out of the three or four days that I work, I'm the designate). So I spend the first forty-five minutes going over emails from higher ups and placing the order for the next day, signing off on health and safety stuff, reducing the counter, hold a department huddle (basically a fifteen minute staff meeting), then reviewing chicken and beef orders for the rest of the week and adjusting quantities accordingly. And sending claim notes/FYI notes to the distribution center and my regional manager, etc.

It keeps the job relatively interesting. If I just went in, cut meat all day, and went home, I think I would be bored out of my mind by this point. My manager is basically training me to be his replacement, or at the very least be the new assistant manager once our assistant manager leaves.

I don't want to be there that long.

    Night guys.

I'm also gonna take off, I think, and play Nier for a couple of hours now that Dallas is asleep.

Fucking hate the holidays. Visiting with my family for three out of my four days off is not my idea of a good time.

    FUCKING GREAT HOLLOW BULLSHIT.

It's like 2-2's shortcut on crack and dragged out way too long.

    Now with curse!

Although they do get serious points for putting both that and Blight Town (Poison swamp, meet infinitely spawning no-clip mosquitoes) so close to the Demon Ruins (Ha ha, it's like hell for gamers!)

Whatever, I'm wearing badass robes now. Which are somehow better than most plate sets.
