Some good news, I finally have all of my repair supplies. Just received my heatgun in the mail yesterday. Woohoo!
If I didn't feel so lazy before having to go to work I would probably start repairing straight away. Right now I think I'm going to wait until this weekend when I have a decent chunk of time. Still, I'm pretty stoked to start repairing consoles.

I got my 40GB YLOD PS3 stripped down to the bare motherboard. It's all ready to be reflowed this weekend.
I need to fix what I have soon and get rid of them, then get more. I've seen a lot of broken PS3/360s for cheap on CL as of late.
