Man I really want one of those behemoth 20'' HP Dragon laptops, the ones that are 40 pounds and are awful.

Too bad they're so expensive for no reason.

    Thanks.

It was not a good day, but usually my birthdays have had a crap-factor of like 99/100.

Birthdays have sucked since 2008 when my nana died of cancer on my 17th.

And do you get a 'Mode not supported' error on the monitor when trying other aspects besides 1600x1200?

Also, good morning. Woke up to a damn marching band in the field across the street. Damn your bass drum!

    I'm in a marching band.

Yeah, my brother died on my 12th birthday, that pretty much ruined all of them for me since then. Although I got over it, it still sucks being a now-only child, even if I don't live with my parents anymore.

I get Mode Not Supported on anything except 800x600 and 1600x900

I have tried changing the TV's aspect ratio from 16:9 to 4:3 with no results, other than changing the size of the display area on the screen. My desktop is larger than what is displayed onscreen, so my taskbar runs past the edges of the screen, and the mouse goes off the sides.
