That's exactly what this one does. If you cycle the power on and off a few times, the rainbow lines go away.Sprung, did you sort out the blue screen problem or whatever it was? My TV sometimes does something similar. The screen will come on and be completely rainbow'd up.

Right now I don't have a single rainbow line, nor a single pixel out of order. If I figure out how to fix the aspect ratio so I can see the whole desktop, I'll just make the computer keep the TV awake all the time.
