Bah. It wasn't that bad. If you've ever played an action/adventure game before, you'll be moderately prepared. And if you ever played certain "hard" NES platformers, like Ninja Gaiden or Battletoads or Ghosts 'n' Goblins, you'll be even more prepared. The rest of it is just not rushing through anything, and trying not to get cocky (most enemies, with only a couple of exceptions, can kill you in four or five hits pretty much no matter how many souls you've put into your health/defense).

Makes sense. I just can't bring myself to sell games that I've waited so long for. Like Alice. I paid $60 for that motherfucker, and even though I can probably only get about $30 for it now, I think I'll just keep it. You never know when you might meet someone who is willing to do a trade for a couple of your games, or someone that might want to borrow it. Or, heaven forbid, meet a cute gamer girl who wants to come over and play games with you.


This is all justification so that I don't have to go through the process of selling them, really.

It was probably because it was next to a parenthesis. The spellchecker for Firefox accepts a lot of slang.
