I assume you probably need the software for the brand of phone(s) installed on your pc (and possibly a transfer cable if needed).
The LG software is called "LG Phone Manager" (similar to Nokia PC Suite I guess).

The LG Phone Manager program allows you to manage multimedia files such as picture, movie and sound files, contacts, mobile messages, etc. from your LG mobile handset using your PC.

I came across a v1.5.0.25 which is about 56mb (dunno if this is the most recent version).

Once you've got the files on your pc you just do whatever
