Lol I have to call their insurance to make sure they have coverage for their exams. If they don't, I have to contact the patient and let them know that they'll be paying for the service out of pocket if they still want to come in.

It's usually a pretty smooth conversation because MOST people know I have nothing to do with their insurance, but sometimes I get a real pain in the ass. From the moment I said hello to this woman, she was nasty with me.

Me and my mamma decided to go halfers on another Playstation console since mine is buggered. Just offered a guy £15 for one with 20(!!!) games and he accepted.

Some of the games are shit, but there's at least 10 in there I'd keep and play. So win!
