At last count, I have 27 emails from Rapidshare telling me the Dreamcast Collection files are expiring, and I need to buy a Pro account to save them from deletion.

It's going to be a long month...there are probably 2000 individual files in the DC collection

There are dozens of PS2 games I could upload, I don't want to have to deal with re-uploading them if links die though.

ah I've only played the first pso on drecast, at one point i was going to get the pso's for gamecube but never got around to and recently sold my gamecube but i could always get them if i buy a wii.

No differences from the DC games, that I remember.

Is this game any different from PSO 1 & 2 for the Gamecube?

Yes, the most obvious difference between Dreamcast PSO and PSO: Episode 1&2 for GC and Xbox is the addition of Episode 2, which effectively doubles the length of the game. The next major difference is that character stats have been rebalanced and class-based Technique bonus attributes reassigned. Also of new addition is a much welcomed offline multi-player mode. And, if playing online, the game lobby has had a complete redesign.

Those are the most notable differences.
