Yes and no. There are real class 10 cards out, but almost no devices will use them at class 10 speeds. They're part of the very new SD 3.0 specification, but they're backwards compatible. So an SD 2.0 device can use them, but only up to class 6 speeds. The only things I know of that will get the full benefit are high-high-high-end cameras.

Finished Deus Ex but didn't get the Pacifist achievement. Damn it. I must have killed someone near the beginning of the game and forgot about it. And there was me making sure I used takedowns and tranquilliser darts for the entire game.

~517W recommended, so it should work. But keep in mind that if you add/upgrade parts later or plug in a whole bunch of devices without independent power sources, you may end up having issues.
