Three trophies away from Dead Space plat.

Too bad one of them is beating the entire game again on Impossible.

The issue is that with the PS3 controller plugged in, I can't go into options at all. The game crashes. So it recognizes there's a controller plugged in (and as such, I may be wrong, but I can't see JoytoKey or anything working very well since it would be doing a double input, basically. The game would be seeing the controller, so the default buttons would be active, as would the keyboard, so if I used the program to set keyboard controls to different ones on the controller, it would cause two actions to occur every time I hit one button, no?), but I can't configure anything.

    ....

Unless there's a way to change button numbers in DS3 Tool itself........

That is why you should've played on hard mode to start.

Though if you have a fresh game end save (don't recall if it works with a NG+ end save), you might want to look up the military suit glitch.

Is there possibly some kind of .ini or .cfg file for SH2 that houses the controller settings? If so you might be able to tweak the controls that way, if you can't go to the options like normal.

Any way you can turn off the joystick (like a check box for a gamepad) in the game and then just map the keyboard commands to the controller?

Ew currently downwind from the sewage treatment plant, and the fan in my bedroom window is blowing in pure stink.

Not that I saw (to both). The only config.ini files (config.ini and settings.ini) I see host graphic options.

Still would have had to play through again on Impossible, the only difference would have been 2+ playthroughs that frustrated me rather than just one. I figured beating the game on Normal was a nice in between while I get used to the controls and whatnot. I haven't looked into the Military Suit glitch, but I'm honestly not too worried about it. It'll give me something to do over the weekend while I'm bored as fuck and can't sleep.

Also, Nemesis was totally wrong. That whiskey goes down pretty dang smooth for 103 proof. Of course it's been in the freezer for a while too.
