only complaint is no sound. they say keep the sound off... and the special tekken 3 iso included has no sound

Ahh....
No sound is mostly because people might use different plugins and to decrease the chances of desynching.

its really easy to play online, just use Kawaks 1.62 and the latest kailerra client.
