Lmfao. With my SE, it won't read any two directions at once. ONLY up, left, right, down singularly. This makes using specials, supers, jumping forward or backward, and blocking low impossible. lol.

On a seperate note. Why do you guys insist using Mame to play. Why don't use guys just use Arclive or something similar? Well whatever rocks your body I guess...

It won't detect diagonal input if you have 4 way joystick on. When I input the controls in the regular config tool, it still didn't detect the input from the controller in-game.

Yo Shardnax. Are you still talking about KOF XIII not reading your diagonal inputs? I had the same problem and I HAD to use Xpadder to get it too work properly.

It's not reading any input. Assigning buttons to the keyboard and using Xpadder works fine. The other controller is still working, which is why it bothers me.

I can assign the input using the default config tool, or the GUI tool, the game refuses to detect it.

Wow that sounds very... strange... Maybe the board dump doesn't agree with that pad? Is that the only peripheral that disagrees with the game?

There was a really specific reason why we use MAME, and it was something about either Shareware or Worm.
Because if I recall correctly, I used mostly Winkawaks.
Besides, MAME also supports some other games we might want to randomly play.


Also, Shardnax, your problem is really odd.

LOL, yeah Bikini Karate Babes are funny games, but not that great. Pretty much something for a cheap thrill.
