Could use alittle help on Pokemon White?! Please and Thank you.

Hey, everyone.

I downloaded the patched version of Pokemon White and running it on DeSmuMe 0.9.7 x86.

Everything seems to work for the most part except for one thing; I'm not able to open up my bag to save or look at my Pokemon or anything like that. I dunno if this is due to the fact that I'm pushing the wrong buttons(Not familiar with the DS's in honesty) or what. The Config key for start is "Enter" but nothing happens and it'll be a pain to not be able to access/switch and heal my Pokemon when out of battle to help train the lower level Pokemon you catch.

So if anyone has any hints or could help me with this that would be amazing >,< I really miss the Pokemon games and this would be great if someone could help me figure out/fix it.

Ahhh actually it wasn't Configure X for me, for some strange reason it's V. Although I could've sworn I pushed every button I could. Thanks for your help though Nemesis.
