I can record Crysis at 60FPS and only see a drop of 2 - 3 in game. Running Fraps from a different drive made a pretty huge difference too.

I'm not actually getting 60FPS when I play, I average around 30 on higher settings .

Actually it was recording to the same drive my Processor is more than enough Recording at 1080p 60FPS takes its toll

Steam onscreen is Shift+Tab
TF2 console you have to add -console to the shortcut or command line then ingame its the button below the escape key to open it, ah your from norway i recommend opening your config and manually changing "ConsoleToggle" from ~ to F11

Will save you a ton of hassle
