OK,
I made the Eboot file,
It's one file only of size 1 GB, and how should it swap discs when it's only one file?

When you reach at the end of the disc(or prompted to change disc), just go to Home menu and the Switch Discs option should be usable(where it usually grayed out).
Then, it will automatically change to next disc.
Or, press the Reset Game option, then select which discs you want to use if the saves is for the 2nd disc or so.

OK, what if I didn't use the multi-eboot and Swap Disc function?
And I made the following.
1. I put the 2 Chrono cross discs each in seperate folder in PSP/Game
2. When I finish the first disc 1 and save the game.
3. I quit to the PSP home menu, and then load the 2nd disc and then load the saved game that I saved after finishing the first disc.
Will this work?

AFAIK, when you have finished Disc 1 for CC, there will be no save prompt, it'll only ask you to insert the next disc, which obviously can't be done without the Multi-disk EBOOT.
If other games gives you save prompt before switching disc, then yes.

Hm, not sure about that, haven't play PSX games for ages, but here are some if my memory is correct.
- FF7/8/9
- Xenogears
- Star Ocean
- LoD(?)
If you want more, then you have to wait for someone else to reply.

OK.
Games that don't ask to swap discs after finishing the 1st disc, but instead it saves the game.
Can I also make a multi-eboot file for such games?
Because I will not be sure about what kind of the game end will be and whether it will ask to swap to the next disc or just save the game and then enter the next disc and load the saved game.
