Never was impressed with the car bumping physics though, even on the new one. Feels like you're bumping off a wall every time with the eerie characterless AI drivers.

My first uncontrollable car experience was with GT2. I had some insanely powerful muscle car with 1000 or so horse power and I just spent my time in it doing donuts because I couldn't drive it for shit.

And indeed, that's one of the biggest let downs with GT5, hit a car and go flying backwards, Ridge Racer style.
