I modded the d-pad on one of my PSPs, it still sucks.

I Like the PSP D-Pad dunno why just do, actually I have a lot of trouble with the DSLite ones (and above including wiimotes) i just cant get em to smoothly go from say Down to Down Left to Left, maybe its just me though
Original DS D-pad wasnt great ether but i managed better... come to think of it i dont much like the 360 dpads

When was the last time we had a good solid D-Pad anyways? that everyone liked PS2 maybe?

Probably.
But I think the DC's was a bit more solid, but too small.
You have to have a solid D-pad on a system of fighters, if some people don't like the joystick.

The Dreamcast. The d-pad on Playstation controllers works for games that aren't fighters .
