Nah, it really has been a few weeks. Weather.com says that all of Texas is "Severely dry" and isn't likely to see rain this week, either. Cyclical drought, cyclical drought. Surprised we don't have water restrictions yet, to be honest.
Oh boy, 30% chance of rain on Saturday! Forecast says "Isolated T-storms."

One more trophy and I have my Heavy Rain![]()
Also, might be able to pick up Dead Space 1 & 2 for pretty cheap off a guy from work. We'll find out.![]()
This is the second time in as many attempts to get this trophy that the game has froze. In two completely different days. In two completely different spots.
... fuck you, Heavy Rain.
Also, since cookie brought it up: I actually find myself enjoying ACB's multiplayer. I just finished a session that got me to level 25. Strangely, I appear to be neglecting the single player campaign in favor of more multiplayer. It does a pretty decent job of working the game mechanics in a multiplayer enviornment. Not the greatest MP ever, but it's a nice little addition. Well, aside from the incredible wonkiness on the stun. It only works when it feels like working. And sometimes it leads to hilarity (I ended up chain stunning an entire opposing team during a team game. Like the motherfucking fist of the north star, yo.)
Not sure if I'll get around to hitting 50, but I suspect I'll at least spend a bit more time with it over the next day or two.
I also found it hilarious that when I went to bed last night at 2AM, I checked my online friends to see who was on at a gawdawful time in the morning, and I saw Ray playing Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood and Tan playing God of War III.
I then went to bed, woke up, went to work for a full shift, picked up my kid, grabbed some food, ate it with my son, then sat down to attempt to finish Heavy Rain. I checked my online friends.
Ray was playing Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood
Tan was playing God of War III
... do you people ever sleep?!
