Kickasstorrents is a good site for legal torrents of game patches, that's what I recommend it for, game patches, not films, that would be illegal.

I was always under the impression that as long as no links were posted it was fine, especially considering that torrent files have been saved as attachments before. Probably best not to names specific names though, you're right.

On most places and I have seen mods here outside of the hangout enforcing the rules as such, you're not allowed discuss it or link to it.

You could however state if you torrent files and that's it.
