Translation patch for Angelique Duet?

Searched the database here and didn't find a translation patch for Angelique Duet (PS1).

Anyone know of one hosted offsite? Or is there another way to get around my inability to understand Japanese?

There are no translation patches available for that title. It's rather niche with little fanbase in the English speaking world. It's also fairly old being a PS1 game, and PS1 games aren't really that hacking friendly, so it seems unlikely it'll ever get picked up. Much more likely (though still improbable) is seeing something done to the DS port. Somebody actually has already fiddled around with it, but he's obviously a novice, and finished patches rarely come from efforts like his:
