For me Google Chrome is the best web browser as it is much lighter and faster then others...!!
After that Safari is good too...!!

I use Chrome and Firefox, depending on what I want to do... I don't really have a preference, but being the Google fan that I am, I prefer Chrome. However the plugins in Firefox (such as Ad-Block Pro and Video Download Helper (which allows you to save youtube vids as .mp4)) are awesome, and allow distancing from the cloud... I don't like to have to get online anytime I want to watch a video... If I have it in my library i can watch it when I want (including on internet downtimes (do those still exist?))... So yeah...

And because of Chrome's feedback feature that constantly tells Google what sites you visit regularly. Chrome's "Incognito" mode just disables the history and password saving for that instance, but it leaves the feedback feature... Maybe I'm just paranoid, but I leave my banking/paypal in Firefox (Private Mode).

On an Android Phone, THE BEST browser is the one built-in the android OS, because you just have to install the market's Flash Player and everything's great. Firefox mobile is big and clunky... Somehow it's just more apparent on a smartphone...
