Actually the best story involves my mate. His first console was a PS1 his parents bought for him with a copy of Tomb Raider when he was nine or ten. He sets it up and starts playing it for the very first time, at which point his elderly granddad wanders into the room, sits down in his chair and immediately asks my friend if he's noticed that Lara Croft appears to be making orgasm noises every time she climbs onto a rock.

Yep, the first time I ever played GTA was on PC, the original top down one. I remember it had some weird bug on that computer where all the sound came out s-l-o-w-l-y and at a very low Darth Vader pitch. I didn't realise it wasn't supposed to sound like that until years later.

OK. That's Uncharted, the Darkness and Tomb Raider 2 all finished within a little over 24 hours.

Pay no attention to the fact I only had two or three levels left on each one. Nope. Three games completed, that's all counts.
