    Good God, so boring.
How many did you miss? I ended up with 294 on my run. (Don't forget the one in Neon on the broken pier in the north. Can't see it with L3, as I recall.)

I missed a lot. I got bored with side missions and whatnot and decided to just push through the story. I didn't go looking for any shards, just nabbed whichever ones I happened to come across. Which was only about... 150, give or take. .

Oh, and I did grab that shard. I remember it being there from... something or other. Maybe my first attempt at playing the game. I have no idea.

But you were only complaining that EP was dead, not specifically that there's nobody you care to talk to

I did the same. I just grabbed one I found on my way to a mission, then whatever ones happened to be near it (which was apparently quite a few)

Then you must have used L3 more than I did. Or looked up at the sky a lot more.

Probably so. I was hitting it every 2 seconds or so on the good playthrough (didn't bother with shards or side missons, except a satellite here and there and the evil ones)

Getting every piece of loot in DN is a pain. I just did the second mission on Braindead with a walkthrough and still didn't get perfect loot at the end.

    But...but...co-op!

My online campaign file is on mission five, that's only six missions until the campaign is finished and then I get the trophies for completing the game on grim difficulty and for completing the game in co-op mode!

Yeah, that's probably why. I really only used L3 when I needed to find a power source quickly.
In hindsight, I probably should have tracked down more of them on my initial playthrough... but whatever. I think I'm just about done with the Neon District now. Then I just have to do Warren and Historic...

I've downloaded it, but have yet to actually play it. I probably would not be that much help at all. Especially on Grim.

He'd have to play through to mission 5 online himself before he could join you, otherwise you'd get the "Lovely" "Both players must be on the same level in campaign," message.

The fun part comes when you get 349 and can't find the last in the area you think it'll be. I spent about 30 minutes running around before I decided, "Screw it, I'm checking that pier again. Pretty sure I grabbed it, but just in case....", and it turns out it was the last one

    Mission 2 loot complete.

    Ugh, tedious collecting is tedious.

Why am I spending my last hours off doing this again?
