Probably.![]()
What was I thinking? That's not even true, that goes to the Sega CD/Turbo Grafx CD.
The Saturn was an arcade game lover's dream. I mean, it's no HD M.A.M.E. or anything, but it had some of the best arcade ports of it's time. Some other great games were; The Panzer Dragoon Series (especially Saga), Albert Odyssey, Dragon Force, Guardian Heroes, Nights into Dreams, Radiant Silvergun, etc...
Although, I guess that's what SEGA's downfall was. The fact that they were mostly into the business of porting arcade games to the home console. Beyond that, there were only a handful of good games that weren't ports. Still, I have great memories of the Sega Saturn.
Enough talking to myself. Time to play some games.![]()
Yeah Saturn chips are just a one wire install. It clips into the CD ROM cable, then a lead soldered in to power the chip. I've never done it personally but it looks VERY easy.
Never chipped anything tbh. Although I do have a chipped PS1 that I've had for like 10 years or something.![]()
Yeah, I've never really chipped anything either. The closest is I've JTAG'd two 360s, which is probably as hard as a modern modchip install.
I still have my old PS-X Change boot cd for my playstation I bought back in the day for $20. Still works to this day. It's a wonder how long things last when they're treated well.![]()
Great. I get the last two stages recorded and the emulators video of the final one is irrecoverably screwed.
FML.
I'm playing the Darkness again. I'm enjoying this more than the first time around I played it.![]()
