Minecraft coming to Xbox Live Marketplace! What do you think about this?

I love Minecraft on the PC, so I might try and get this lol But the problem is no mods.

"Why would you want to play Minecraft on the 360?" was my reaction. It's not like the PC requirements are super high. Not to mention the constant updates and the shit ton of mods it has on the PC. Seems pretty redundant to me.

At one point I was already playing with a gamepad, so no difference there. I will not be getting this.
MC will be dead within a few years. At that point it will become a Facebook game and everyone's mother will be playing it.

To be fair, how many games, PC or console, are not dead within a few years?

I'm not sure what difference there'll be, really; updates probably won't be an issue, but mod compatibility is a little bit of a sticking point. The only really weird thing is the Kinect functionality, but that's not really a selling point either way.
