There's absolutely no way of avoiding retarded questions, it's something that has about 75% or so of happening.

What could reduce said type of questions, would be rules, but then again, if someone do come up with certain types of rules, whenever someone wants to ask a question, they will say they had doubts about it, and still make a thread.
