What is with all the ads? I've always gotten a pop-up window every now and again when I click a link, but today by the time I got from the homepage to the download page I had 7 add windows open. On top of that I had to watch a ad video in order to access the download page. Why would you allow this heightened level of ad bombarding on your site emuparadise? It's not going to make me buy anything from your sponsors, all it's going to do is make me avoid the site, move it from my first choice to my last. I'm sad because this was my favorite site, please do away with the ads or at least tone it down to one or two and not every time I click a link. Please.

I disagree. You will buy everything from the sponsors.

What do you expect though, you're getting a game for free, which you give nothing in return for and you don't think the owner of the site should not be able to get some money towards running the site?

Also this should go in the site suggestions sub forum, you might not of seen it through the downpour of tears coming from your whiney face.

Get a real browser and stop your crying.

PS: MasJ just told me to tell you thanks, 7 pop ups = a new boat for him, i think think this is his 5th one this year.

Have a look at what was posted in this thread, there are ways to browse the site without getting all those ads:

That doesn't seem quite right. Where are you located and what browser are you using ? You're saying you had 7 pop-ups by the time you got to the download page, right ? If you can link me to some the URLs of those ads I can check on the issue..

There are quite a few sites around that one would need to block ads, I have to wonder if the OP makes complaints about such things on every site instead of actually blocking/disabling ads & scripts him/herself

I would obviously prefer that people not block ads on the site. Thus, making the site more user friendly while at the same time having some ads would be the perfect balance for me. 7 pop-ups is not really acceptable but we don't even have pop-up code on pages leading up to download pages, hence the need to track how this is happening. Need those URLs..

Guys, the obvious problem here is that we're not putting enough ads on the site. He only saw 7? That's nowhere near enough revenue. How are we supposed to have gold toilets for all of us extremely rich people that don't need to worry about paying for the site? Hmmmm? Now join me. Join me in laughing at the peasants as we've done all along.

Now let's figure out how we're supposed to clone dinosaurs on our own little island without those cooking video ads.

Maybe we could clone a couple, then open a theme park of sorts.
