Just how picky are modded Gamecubes with copied games? Someone on Underground-gamer has one chipped with a ViperGC. I am tempted, but the guy had no success burning games himself, although the ones he got with it worked fine... Worth a punt?

My GC reads everything, I would need to adjust the laser to prevent the DRE for Twilight Princess.

I mean I much prefer originals, but the price for some Gamecube games is insane (Twin Snakes and the Zelda games in particular. )

Nice, and the SD launcher + w/e iso/backup lanucher is nice, my cousin has one.

Never tried modding a GC myself, I suck a soldering.

Although I just play GC backups on my Wii, that's softmodded. They all run nice and it's a lot easier to burn them onto normal dvd-r's then mini ones (that for some reason are ridiculously expensive where I live).

I've had modded Wiis in the past but I only used them for Gamecube games and ended up selling them as it was a waste really.
