Well, I had cancelled most of my cable, but I decided to reorder just Anime Network for 7 bucks a month. I still wish it was a channel that was on all the time, just so I would see random stuff. You know how a synopsis you read in the guide can be so wrong. Like it could say: "Sexy female ninja girls fight demons in a post apocalyptic future," and it turns out to be horribly cheap and unwatchable. Adversely, it could say: "A young boy on a tragic search for his lost cello," and it turns out to be frickin' masterpiece.

Always good to mix up SRS business and light hearted stuff.

I'm watching Sora no Otoshimono right now. Completely forgot about it (along with some other stuff as well) because I never moved it to where I store my media and it was lurking on this computer.

Just finished Baccano! and began Deadman Wonderland. Sadly I have finished all of the aired eps of Deadman Wonderland, so I kinda need to fins something else.

Ano Hi Mita Hana no Namae o Bokutachi wa Mada Shiranai. Yes, that's the title, and yes, it's fucking long.

In any case, I'm liking it a lot, and it has potential to be really good: much like Hanasaku Iroha, which I also kinda adore. It also seems like the kind of series that I cannot see ending in a happy way. That's not a bad thing, though. Hopefully it'll be handled well.

Naoki Urasawa's Monster. Picked up the couple boxsets. I usually hate English dubs, but Liam O'Brien's dubbing the MC and his voice is amazing.

Easier to call it Ano Hana. Ghost loli is cute/adorable. I am watching as well and recommend it.

Did you watch Angel Beats! ? I really like the people involved with this (also did Canaan and are doing Hanasaku Iroha as well as being a huge fan of the animation style) so I'm a bit biased but I thought it was awesome. GirDeMo!

Considering watching Shikabane Hime: Aka. Might get Tuesday. If anyone wants to post advice feel free.

Yeah, I've seen Angel Beats. Good show, but it could've benefited from either having twice as many episodes, or less characters.

Yeah. Most everything seems to be 13 episodes these days. I miss when shows would be very long and not have it in increments of 12/13. Old mecha ftw.

My favourite newer stuff is all over 13 eps though.

How is it? It looks like bland ecchi, with nothing but more ecchi. I keep seeing it everywhere, even on Netflix! - which means nothing really, since most anime viewers choose that over something of value.
