Went and downloaded that Melty Blood game
you put the bios in with your neogeo roms, and to set your keys, the keyhole is start, coin is select, the first top 3 face buttons are ABC and the bottom left face button is D, once keys are set, go to gave and click on save as default.
dont forget to config all other options.
