@Milady: I want to read your DLC blog essay thing, but I haven't played Castlevania yet although I really want to. Are the "spoilers" game-ruining worthy spoilers, or just general plot point spoilers?
They're pretty game ruining, I'd stay away if you are planning to play it at some point.
Suffice it to say that I think it's a decent game, but I found it to be terribly slow and tedious in some parts. I understand why the DLC was realized, but I think it's silly, considering (I'm assuming) that they're going to continue from LoS to form a new series. That's all really, I have no idea how I accidentally turned it into a rambling post that required pruning to even meet the character limit.![]()
Yeah... I remember why I don't like to LP massive games anymore. Way too much work. I think, length wise, it's the same length as my Spyro LP.
Sorry.I originally had a more detailed spoiler warning, but like I said, I had to shorten the thing.
You could read the first section (before the little divider) without any worries, but it won't really tell you anything you probably don't already know. I guess there are technically some plot spoilers in there, but they're about the premise of the game (why you're on your quest). The first paragraph of the second section should also be safe.
The second paragraph of the second section is where I start telling briefly what's going on in each chapter, for the sake of demonstrating a pacing issue. After that, I tell you exactly what happens at the end, because the ending is tied up in my complaint about the DLC.
It's really not that exciting, it was just nice to right something semi-decent that wasn't a required assignment or something.![]()

this is odd, when you give someone thanks does it give rep too?
