Harry Potter and The COS Dolphin

I'm trying to run HPCOS on Dolphin and i get no fps whatsoever. I'm using the latest version. I've heard it works perfectly and have seen a gameplay video. I've tried many other versions of Dolphin but Either get no fps or high fps with black screen.

Are you sure your PC can handle GC emulation? Post your PC specs just in case. Also, see this and this for settings and such. If the latest version is still not working, try the version mentioned on the page I just linked to (r5619).

And I know you've said you're using the latest version, but be more specific just in case. As in, which specific build/revision you are using.
