Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy Kong's Quest.
I've never actually played it before, even though I've owned it for about five years now. Figured I'd give it a go.

Too lazy to backread the rest, so I'll just comment on this. None of the SNES Donkey Kong games have an autosave. They all have a level between every few levels where you can save. In the first DKC it was Candy's Save Points, in the second it was Wrinkly Kong at Kong Kollege, and in the third it was Wrinkly's Save Cave.
