After 2 weeks Crapcom replies to me about my DRM Locked game

Unfortunately, we are not able to assist with any SecuROM activation issues, as we do not have access to SecuROMs systems. I Talked to SecuROM 1st and they told me and somehow i can believe this more, "Capcom has instructed us to Redirect all enquires into SecuROM issues to them, We are unable to assist you farther"
Reason I Believe SecuROM more... They haven't given me the run around in the past Unlike Capcom that replies when it feels like it and sends me around in circles for the lulz >.< I've already replied telling them that I was already sent to them From SecuROM
