Never even heard of it. I'll add it to my list of shows to try.
Is this one of those shows where I need to stick it out to the end to really appreciate it, or will I become entranced by it fairly quickly?
If you're really lucky, she won't even notice your PS3. My son has never touched mine, and it's sitting out in the open and within his reach and everything.
It helps that he's never seen me play it, though.

It can take a little while to kind of hook you in, but not THAT long. It does get better (see: weirder) near the end, but I enjoyed it all the way through. It throws you for several loops and you often find yourself confused about what the fuck is happening. In a good way.
It's like Salvador Dali in animation form.
Anyways, added COMPUTER GAME DEVELOPMENT to my schedule from 9:30AM-12:15 as an ADVANCED ELECTIVE. Giving me a grand total of 45 minutes to eat lunch in a day with ~8 hours of classes. Raa.
EDIT: Okay, on campus for 8 hours straight. 6:30 of classes.
Hrm, the server is being a bit funny. Wouldn't accept my post or tags, but gave me message saying it was done.
Totally different, you work in a grocery store. In a 15 minute break, you can grab a sandwich from the deli. In 10 minutes, I can make it to the student union. Then another 10 minutes of waiting in line, or more likely 20 if I go during the actual lunch rush. Then another 10 to get back to the next class on the opposite side of the campus!

We gots a kitty named Peanuts and she gonna have babbies real soon.
I remember back when I worked with a shipping company.
12 hour work days, one 10 minute break.
On the plus side, I now know how to eat a sandwich at speeds that are only possible in theory, and I got REALLY good at shotgunning soda.
And we have to give them all away because it's too many cats to have.
