If that's the case, I would've thought you could temp ban for the maximum period and then either PM higher status staff to deal with the issue properly, create a staff thread about it (or post in a relevant staff ban thread, or PM somebody (or all/some of those I suppose).
And move all the threads to mod garbage (or whatever it's called here)......or delete them (if you can actually do that and are allowed to).

Not having full ban abilities kinda sucks :/

Sending PMs and creating threads in the lounge would be stupid and pointless when we already have people reporting every single spam thread that's created by the same bot. Especially when there were already higher ups like Cookie Monster online at the time I saw the reports.

When you've already hit the report button four times, I'd say there's no reason to complain in the Hangout as a backseat moderator about the abilities, or lack thereof, of actual staff members. You've done your part, so keep your self-important, "I'm a mod in other places on the internet!" opinions to yourself.

Switching ISP

Fuck NextGenTel and there lies, they Bill us for 20Meg net but only supply us 10 state 1meg upload and give us 0.6

Last year they promised when they took over from Tele2 that also promised they would fix the lines out here so we would get what we pay for,

Switching to Telenor its a bit cheaper but on top of that they can Guarantee 16meg down 0.8meg up so im happy now to wait for the switch over that Telenor will handle
