DJ style, definitely. I like their noise-cancelling and I like the bass effect on those better, ear buds are more loud but I like a better sound rather than just a higher volume.

Not to mention that earbuds make my inner ear to hurt like hell after wearing them for longer than 30 minutes and I can wear the other ones all day long.

I used a pair of Sony's MDR-XD100, not really designed for high volume and long cable was long. But damn, they were comfy.

I don't mind earbuds, but even on max volume, it doesn't cut it when some people are talking just a bit too loudly near me. I find walking around with DJ styles to be a little awkward. Though when I'm at the comfort of my own home listening to music or gaming, I never use buds.

I got a pair of Skullcandies. Not that great, but they do the job.

I got that too. People were like "you go out with those?"
I never got to ask them if they thought I was going to get mugged more easily or if they found they weird.

I grabbed the stock pair of earbuds that came with my Nokia 5130 and couldn't bear those after 20 minutes, they were annoyingly loud, my ear was hurting and I could hear just about anything outside, it was a mess.

Microsoft's Silverlight points you to a Linux version of it if you're in Ubuntu?

    How thoughtful of them.

I've been using these generic Song PSP2000 earbuds whenever I go out. So far, they've lasted me the longest.

UFC Home Trainer for Kinect coming soon.

I'm hoping it will teach you to grab a pillow, bodyslam it to the ground, hump it and punching it in the face.

I hate everything Sony related, they wear out too quickly or stop working out of nowhere.

Except for that pair of headphones and my PS2.

Had these expensive Bose earbuds before. I'd be using those but, I ended up giving them away to a ladyfriend of mine.

I only bother with the cheap-ish TDK headphones. I break any sort of headphone after a while of regular use, so those are right in the cost v longevity sweet spot.
