Can you use that for the PSP?

Yes, you can use it, but there may be some speed loss. As for whether it shows up as two cards or one, I think I recall reading somewhere that it shows up as one, but I'm not entirely sure.

That said, that specific auction is a pretty meh deal. Class two SD cards are bloody slow. I wouldn't use them in a camera, much less a gaming device. To get two class six 8 GB cards, you'd be paying $35-40 US total, then another $5-10 for the adapter separately. On the other hand, you could just buy a regular 16 GB MS Pro Duo for about $45 and not have to worry about compatibility or speeds.
