Just tried to log in when prompted to do so when booting up Dragon Age II. Got an error, so out of curiosity I quit the game and tried again, since I had to do something similar yesterday to accept a new ToS.

If it is the result of hackers, I find it incredibly annoying. Not that I was actually going to use the PSN for anything other than having Dragon Age II under my name.

I'd invest the time in Dead Space if I felt it was scary enough, but I don't. I rarely get scared when I'm well armed. It's fun as hell, but I'm looking more to get creeped out.

It's just pointless really. They're costing Sony a little bit of money but really they're just inconveniencing the users. It's not like Sony are going to turn around and drop the litigation they're pursuing simply because a few hundred teenagers opened their DOS prompts and figured out how to use the ping command.
