EDIT: I know this isn't the fastest game over but I'm sure those who have played this (including me) have failed miserably/had a fast game over XD
The OP said no rom hacks

anyway, Karateka for the NES. I didn't knew that you should switch to fighting stance when fighting, otherwise, one hit will kill you

Cyber Lip for Neo Geo. Ordered the game, got home from school, there it was on the kitchen table, poped it in to the neo geo, completed it 35 minutes later. $185 for 30 min. gameplay!!!!

Fastest game over eh? If you play Mike Tyson's Punchout and put in 007-373-5963 as the continue code, you'll see a game over screen faster than you can get your first punch in..... well. At least that's always been the case with ME.

I personally thought the fastest game over for me (and probably the longest set of game over streaks) was on Shadowgate on the NES. Try it you'll see.
The Wheel of Time turns, and Ages come and pass, leaving memories that become legend. Legend fades to myth, and even myth is long forgotten when the Age that gave it birth comes again.
