I was trying to install these older games like wolfenstein, warcraft II, and doom on my pc but it kept giving me messages about compatibility. Figured it relates to the x86 architecture?

Have you tried a dos emulator like dosbox or something?

vouch this, i've been able to get warcaft II to work on my x64 windows 7 without problems, wouldn't run without it though.
